    Sorry about the double post but I figure I'd post my information as well.

    Are you using a One S or original One console: Xbox One S

    Region: USA

    What games are affected: Payday 2: Crimewave Edition, Overwatch, Dead or Alive 5: Last Round. The online for the Forza Horizon 3 Demo and the recent Warhammer: Vermintide beta also had spotty framerate, Vermintide especially.

    Detailed Network Statistics:

    Download speed: 92.89 Mbps

    Upload speed: 11.55 Mbps

    Packet Loss: 0%

    MTU: 1480

    Latency: 82 ms

    I've also done all the troubleshooting as well and it only seems to be a temporary fix. It mostly seems to be online games for me, I've been playing through the Bioshock Collection recently and haven't noticed many issues with it.

    It's hard to tell how the fps genre will do, every new game feels like you've "been there and done that", despite a few tweaks to the gameplay.

    it does not matter wether i am online or offline, it will run fine for 2-3 hours then it starts stuttering and does not ever fix itself, it is making some games downright impossible to play and i am being kicked from some games becasue of it.

    was fine before the september 19th update, no problems at all, 100% satisfied and happy, after that update, very un happy and wondering what's taking so long to at aleast tell us something.

    but what is really annoying me, and i think i speak for others here, is the lack of annything from Microsoft, please, telling us to do this or that is not helping, the dates line up, the updates caused this issue, nothing we do will fix it, yet microsoft
    will not even say "we are aware some customers are having issues"

    Of those things :

    - No, I do not run any snapped apps per se (as I'll explain in a minute).

    - No, I do not chat on mic most of the time (either in a party or not), though, as you know, Warframe has multiple text chats and they DO noticeably slow down the Xbox One (post update, they previously worked pretty flawlessly).

    - No headset attached 99% of the time.

    - No streaming either, only occasional game DVR recordings.

    - I turn automatic updates off, so I can queue up my updates whenever I have to do something. Therefore, no, I rarely, if ever, download anything whilst I'm actually playing, and I'll only ever do it if I'm playing a game that has no online features (like
    Fallout 4).

    - Yes, sometimes. The most important update and most necessary feature in any gaming console (aside from playing games) has been a favourite of mine, though I still don't use it very much overall (maybe 10% of the time). Potentially similar to a snapped
    App imo.

    Ultimately, the issues with the slowdown and lag are present on every game over time (depending on how long the console has been on for), and only one of the specific additional features you have inquired about (game text chat boxes) have made any significant
    impact on the performance of the Xbox One.

    So, just to summarise, this still occurs on every game (including stuff like Fallout 4), whether I'm online or offline, whether I'm running anything snapped or in the background, whether I'm doing anything additional or not.

    I hope my information helps you to locate and resolve the specific issue that is causing these problems in the near future.

    ... nothing of what to me is activated, and the games are all jerky both online and offline, * very important thing: the problems came soon after the update on 23 September, prior to the date worked perfectly, I written in various post here in the forum,
    but I think that you Microsoft pretend not to understand, is becoming a ridiculous and frustrating situation for everyone, we want answers and an update that systems that SERIOUS PROBLEM.

    Hey guys! Go to network setting. Make sure your NAT is open. This gives best connection when playing online.

    In fact ... the problem occurs even when offline, then online has nothing to do, here is the firmware that is giving problems to the games and not our lines or games !!!

    in other words STOP making sugestions about how to fix online stuff when it's CLEARLY not the problem, many topics and posters have made it plain and simple, its happening in OFFLINE GAMES!

    the sugestions to fix internet related issues are like telling a person to demolish a building with a toothpick, nothing is going to happen, it does nothing to resolve it because the problem is NOT an internet based one, its an update, which is FORCED UPON
    US, without proper testing that has caused this problem.

    I do not understand why you insist on these network settings which has nothing to do with the problem, you were told by me and many others that the problem is caused by one of your update, if you are not able to correct a mistake Your then you can also change
    jobs, you are the programmers not us, the lines and modems here are missing absolutely nothing !! sorry for the outburst but from September 23 I can not play for the Xbox One cause of this problem and I have spent a lot of money in your products.
