    Foxtel go glitch


    No sure if this is the correct page but here goes.After loading foxtel go app last weekend on our 2 xbox ones when we tried to access last night it was

    • a slow to load .we have fibre to the xbox
    • b the play/pause buttons on the screen flicker or wont be controlled by the controller
    • c there is background pinging noise when foxtel finally loads
    i have rebooted the xbox and also uninstalled the app and restarted.When using Netflix and games there are no problems.

    Foxtel???

    You have to download the Foxtel application from the xbox marketplace, the same way you download waypoint or facebook for example it should in the games section.

    Heres a FAQ for all answered questions.

    Hey, WhiffyNebula641! Sorry to see you're having this issue! Generally we refer customers to the app developers for further assistance, however we just pushed out the beginning of the Summer Update over the weekend. Are you still having this issue, and have
    you updated your console? Post back so that we can see if there is a bigger issue at large here, or if we simply need to have you work with Foxtel to resolve this. Thanks!

    Good idea. Listen to the Foxtel guy who's job it is to convince you not to go to the cheaper option.

    Personally I wouldn't bother with foxtel until they offer a sports only package. For TV I just use Hulu and Netflix.
