    when I first installed the Fox now app it worked just fine. Now every time I open the app it won't let me watch any shows. It says that the server is unavailable and to try back later. It's been about 2 weeks and I still get the same error message. I even
    tried installing it on another Xbox 360 and still get the same error message.

    G'day Vulsker! Sorry to hear about the issue with the Fox Now app. Let's try that uninstall again, but with an extra step. After you've uninstalled it, power cycle the console. Hold its power button for 5-10 seconds and allow it to shut down completely.
    Wait a full 30 seconds, then start it back up and re-install the app. This middle step will clear out any junk data that might be preventing the app from loading fully. Give it a shot and let us know!

    Hey there, DocDweeb. Sorry you're still having issues with the FOXNow app even after some troubleshooting. I did split off your post from the last thread because that was an old one and the suggestion there didn't fix your issue.

    The next step is definitely checking out your internet connection. Please post back what your cable company says about your speeds. If you haven't already, please

    follow the steps here     for disconnections on the Xbox One, too.
