    I have a serious problem with the fox now app on Xbox 360.

    I get very frequent XBL disconnects, about every 5 or 10 minutes.

    Each time this happens I have to reconnect to xbox live, find my show, restart it, watch commercials, try to FF to my spot in the show, WATCH COMMERCIALS again, and I have probably missed the spot by a few minutes so i have to rematch or rewind.

    This is so frustrating I cannot continue to use the app.

    I read the forums, and I have tried uninstalling the app, cold starting XB, and reinstalling. No change.

    My internet is not the best, for some reason, and I have a call into my cable company.

    But even so this behavior on a brief disconnect is absolutely unacceptable.

    G'day Vulsker! Sorry to hear about the issue with the Fox Now app. Let's try that uninstall again, but with an extra step. After you've uninstalled it, power cycle the console. Hold its power button for 5-10 seconds and allow it to shut down completely.
    Wait a full 30 seconds, then start it back up and re-install the app. This middle step will clear out any junk data that might be preventing the app from loading fully. Give it a shot and let us know!

    Would you mind sharing what error code you're receiving when attempting to launch the Fox Now app? Or does it just say there's a server error?

    Hey there, DocDweeb. Sorry you're still having issues with the FOXNow app even after some troubleshooting. I did split off your post from the last thread because that was an old one and the suggestion there didn't fix your issue.

    The next step is definitely checking out your internet connection. Please post back what your cable company says about your speeds. If you haven't already, please

    follow the steps here
    for disconnections on the Xbox One, too.
