Fox Now not playing on xfinity

Discus and support Fox Now not playing on xfinity in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; FoxNow isn't playing Gotham or any other of the shows I watch. Is anyone else having this issue?     Fox Now not playing on xfinity


    FoxNow isn't playing Gotham or any other of the shows I watch. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a support email addres?

    Go to the settings then unlink the console then link it again. FOXNOW's authentication is super glitchy, I had problems with it on the 360 as well.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

    • From the Home screen, navigate to the My games & apps tile.
    • Select FOX NOW and then press the Menu button.
    • Select Manage app and on the right side, select Saved Data.
    • Select Delete from this console.
    • After you have deleted the saved data, press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, wait 5 minutes and then power on your console.
    • Launch the FOX NOW app and try viewing a video.
    Give the suggested steps a try and if the issue continues to occur, I recommend reaching out to Fox TV support for further assistance. Please feel free to post back letting us
