Four xbox ones, one network.

Need assistance in figuring out how to, set static IPs for this and possible port forwarding? My family and I generally run into issues when we play sea of thieves. I figure this may solve our problem given that it seems if one of us becomes disconnected
(happens almost everytime) we can no longer re-enter the session or if one person gets booted, we all get booted. I figure this is due to some part of our networking system is unable to differentiate between the consoles? Today I bought a new TP 1900AC router
and upgraded to 1gig internet to be setup tomorrow. 2 of the consoles can be wired, the other two cannot. Suggestions?

Hi Internet drops on me too, alot on Sea of Thieves.

During game play and after; I found my internet speed reduce badly. It was too slow to on games. It's best to re-boot the cable modem & re-boot the router. It tells the internet provider to restore you internet speed. I have fast internet.

Turn off the XBox for any 1hour or 2hrs more. When your modem & router is back up. Check your internet speed online. Turn on your XBox. Play any game.

Make sure: Your XBox is connected by Ethernet cable Cat6, Cat7 (Cat5e is slow) or Cat8 (Cat 8 cable is the fast. (shielded Gold tipped))

If your connect with WiFi (and the router is upstairs or far away from the XBox.)

On my XBox I use WIFI but WIFI is not the best connection.

My router is tooo far I would need a 100feet cable Cat8 (shielded Gold tipped)

My XBox drop too many time I can count. I had a old AC bridge that died. So I got a WIFI Extender.. No more XBox connection drops.

I'm getting told my network isn't working... clearly is or I wouldn't be on the internet......I've been away for four weeks, soon as I'm back this happens... is this happening to every one or is my xbox dying???

Four or five level Achievements wouldn't pop for me even though I beat the game in more or less one sitting.

settings>network>advance>clear/delete alt mac address

got that from Microsoft support worked for me.

Sorry I missed out a vital piece of information - To get the wireless Xbox one to stay connected I had to enable one of the four 'guest' wireless connections on the router and dedicate that connection to the XBox one. Running the XBox on the main wireless
network caused it to disconnect if any other device connected, running it on its own dedicated guest connection allows it to stay connected until I enter a multiplayer game on our other Xbox One which is wired to the router.

The router doesn't seem to allow me to set a static IP Address for devices connected to the guest wireless networks, only the main wireless network.
