    I see that my credit card has been debited with the same sum four times for Just Dance premium. Does one get refunded or how does that work?

    This is incorrect.

    Your debit card uses either MasterCard or Visa for processing(if not, then you couldn't use it on Live anyhow), in which case any purchases NOT done with a PIN are protected the same as a credit card. If you debit card is compromised and money is spent, then you just file a claim with your bank, and while they do the investigation they will reimburse any money lost.

    If a PIN is used on a purchase then you will be liable, but even then not 100%, if there are criminal charges filed then the banks will work with the consumer to resolve the issues, though it can take a long time(in which case you would be with out your money).

    Wrong debits on my account!

    I have been debited 6 times for purchase I did not do. How do I get my money back and where can I complain? Microsoft has taken money from my accout 6 times, 96,60 SEK, 149 SEK, 149 SEK 96,60 SEK, 49 SEK and 199 SEK. I just bought FIFA points for only 199

    You will want to contact Xbox Support for help with accidental, duplicate purchases. They should be able to reverse those charges if you simply explain your situation to them.

    Is using a debit card instead of a credit card possible ?

    Hello Mostwanted 228; Generally speaking, yes you can use a debit card to make a purchase, just make sure that the debit card is on file and select that card ( it will show the last four digits of the card ) but take note that for some debit cards you need
    a Visa or MasterCard logo on it, I do hope it works out for you! Best of luck. ;-)

    In this case, it would be best to reply that was sent to you stating that it has been denied to inform the refund team what exactly happens.
