    Four Suit Spider Problem


    I have always played the four suit option of spider solitaire exclusively. I stopped playing about two months ago with 499 games, winning 20%. I recently started playing the Daily Challenge, using Windows 8.1, which has spider solitaire with only one suit.
    I have now discovered that playing the four suit option only allows a move of only the bottom card(s) in a column of the same suit.

    A 3 and 2 of hearts can be moved to a 4 of diamonds. A 2 of diamonds can be moved to a 3 of clubs. However a 3 of spades and a 2 of diamonds can not be moved to a 4 of diamonds.

    All right, I admit defeat. Two things: What is the trick to get through the first board in the Tri-Peaks Challenge? And, could someone post a solution to the four-suit Spider Challenge? I've been working at both most of the day and getting nowhere.
