    Hi Guys,

    Right I've just updated the firmware in both my controller and chat pad to see if I could solve the issue and although both needed an update it solved nothing except to rule the updates out as potentially the issue.

    Okay so if I connect my headset direct to the Xbox one X controller I have no issues what so ever I can see in the guide the option to increase chat volume etc...

    HOWEVER, if the chat pad is connected along side my headset, I can see the icon in the top corner next to battery status displays the headset icon. However, the option to control the volume is now missing in the guide, a quick search on Google reveals people are having issues with the volume options being missing in guide but no mention of chat pad so im not sure if therefore they are not using one or the idea of the chat pad being the issue isnt present in their minds.

    Ps I can confirm that the issue isnt directly my chatpad as I have also verified this bug continues to exists on 3 chatpads I have here with 2 controllers and still it's the same out come as above.

    Do you have a chatpad adapter on it? As they have the ability to also lower volumes,

    Also your headset itself may have the option to turn down just one set of volume. So either chat or game.

    The Current Xbox one console has no upgrades Excluding ChatPad, External Hard hard dives and headsets 4K Resolution is not an option at the moment i would think they would release a new console with these features. as for the VR (Virtual Reality) it may
    be Possible but more or less it won't be ran on traditional games such as GTA V or BO3. no the developers would have to push an update through adding VR to there games (Via in Game settings) and Microsoft would need to some how implement it to the Xbox Home
    and Xbox Guide menu.

    possibly. recently I've been experiencing frequent connection drops even with the official adapter, and updating the controller via console (as the PC app is missing the update option) appears to have fixed it temporarily until tonight when I started experiencing disconnects again. this is also with a fairly new Series controller which hasn't experienced any disconnects until the past few weeks

    How about deleting your account and using the account recovery option found in the profile tab of the guide? Mine was bugging out as well today.

    I believe this is to do with the Game volume setting in preferences. Hit the guide and head to the right and select Preferences. From there select voice and then turn the game volume up to 10. This adjusts the game volume when there is no headset connected
