Forzathon - Rewards issues and more

Hi support team.

I have some issues since now since 2 months (as far as I remember) on Forzathon rewards.

First small problem was on Forzathon achievement "Morning Commute" (21st April 17) to win the Porsche 959. I receive the the car as a reward after 6-7 days. Strange but got something.

Since then, I unlocked several Forzathon achievements and I didn't received any rewards: Car, Cr or XP.

But I know I unlocked the achievement by the notifications.

But I suspect a more important problem with my profile because I cannot access achievement list either on Xbox, or Xbox app on Android/W10. Same story for achievement tracker impossible to enable (message error: "We weren't able to get achievement for this
game right now, Please try again later")

Same problem for privacy setting on Xbox so long to load, I stopped loading after waiting 15 minutes with the loading circle animation.

I tried a long list of actions:

. Reset (long press on on/off button on console facade)

. Deleting and reloading profile

. Factory reset (only possible by console button method because impossible through system settings)

. Registerration to Insider Program to change system

Nothing work.

Is it possible to get some advice/experience/support/answer?

100% list in the Achievement list

I have completed some of the forzathon and it is saying 100% in the achievement list.

But it won't show as completed in game or give me the reward.

achievement that is showing as 100%:

#Forzathon Pace Yourself

#Forzathon Sewing Machine

#Forzathon Back-Half Breakout

#Forzathon Triple Out
