    Forza won't start from Home menu.


    when I select the forza icon on my home screen it makes the sound as it always has but doesn't start the game. things i've tried:

    - restarted xbox one multiple times

    - signed out and tried; signed back in and tried

    - ejected, cleaned and re-inserted disc (it is recognized)

    - played other discs that work fine

    i have also been getting the "Having trouble connoting? the issue may be on our end, we're working to fix it" for a couple weeks now (but have played games, used netflix, etc with that message present).

    any tips?

    Won't start the game after start menu

    I bought the game from Xbox Live and when the game starts, next to the start menu, the game don't stop load.

    Forza 7 won't start

    just keep getting error 0x80070490 even after doing all the suggestions , any ideas as im a bit peeved as just bought it

    Minecraft Stuck after Sync user data.

    The game doesn't prevent me from going to the home screen or freezes it just sticks on the background. The main menu to launch the game won't load.

    You mean the start menu music from Horizon? That's Language by Porter Robinson its a normal song that just happened to be in Forza Horizon.

    1. Restart the console

    1. Press and hold the Xbox power button on the console for a few seconds to shut down.
    2. Disconnect your console from its power source for a couple of minutes.
    3. Reconnect your console and restart the console.
    By running a power cycle that restarts the Xbox, all the glitches and issues will be cleared out. Hence, your console will effectively sync and give a much better performance.

    2. Check for connection problems

    1. Go to Settings and then click Network.

    3. From the network settings, select Check Internet connection.
    Xbox will run the connection test for you and determine if you have an active internet connection or not. If the network is inactive, follow the onscreen guide to fix the network connection issue.

    Since lack of internet connection could also make this my home Xbox not working problem to surface. So, fixing your internet connection should fix the problem.3. Reset the console

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the panel.
    2. Select System, choose Settings, and Console Information.

    This should be a last resort for you if you don’t want to lose other data because your console will return o factory default.

    Forza 5 menu button won't open menu

    Hi George, it's on Xbox one. As I say the button is working fine and I have checked it works fine on all games and Forza 5 recognised the botton when doing other functions but in the game to open the menu it just doesn't work. I've checked all the controls and reset to default but nothing seems to work.
