Forza win

Hi, I recently signed up for Xbox rewards for the forza giveaway. I won the avatar suit and a dlc pack for the Hoonigan dlc. It says to check my email for details but I never got an email on either prize. Do those come later or is my account incorrectly
setup? Thanks.

Did you register into the Forza sweepstakes using a different email than the email associated with your gamertag? We send emails for this offer to the email you input into the Forza sweepstakes registration, so it may have been sent to a different email
than the one you were expecting. Also, you may wish to check your junk mail folder to see if these win emails landed there unexpectedly.

 

Thanks. They were both in my junk folder. Can't believe I didn't think to check there. Every time I try to redeem the code though I get an error message.

There is currently a known issue with the Driver gear avatar item that we are working with another team on resolving. However, there is not currently any known issues with the Hoonigan DLC. Are you having issues with both prizes, or just the avatar item?
