Forza Website

Trying to sign in to the Forza Motorsport website today and I have been receiving the error message.

There was a problem retrieving your account information from Xbox LIVE. Please sign out and try again. Make sure to give Forza Motorsport permission to access your account information.
Anyone have any ideas on why im getting this and how to fix it? I have tried deleting browser cache.

StalinsEpicTash - I was able to go from Forza 4 to Forza 3 website and saw my old information for Forza 3. Even after I logged out then back in I was on the Forza 3 website. It was until I cleared the cache and cookies for my web browser that it reverted
to the Forza 4 website instead of the 1 for Forza 3. Have you done this yet for your web browser? It may solve your problem since what your are uploading for Forza 4 is actually there. It's just for some reason you can't see it yourself.

Hey there, so did you give the app permission or not as you won't be able to access it until you give it permission. It should give you the option when logging into the site: forzamotorsport.net

Also if you log-in at the following link you should be able to change the app permissions there too:
https://account.live.com/

 

Firing up an old thread, I have this problem too. Deleted cache, forza* cookies, tried another browser. Went to my live account, Security and Privacy, Apps & Services and forzamotorsport.net had the correct permissions. Deleted them and hit the forums
again and agreed to the permissions request. Still no go.
