Forza Warthog Code not working.

ive spoken to 2 different chat techs, neither has been able to solve the issue.

my code was sent out on the 8th of Sep I redeemed it early on the 10th. According to the store, I own the dlc code. However... There is no car in game, and under the manage my game tab, only my preorder car appears. Not the halo warthog.

please sort thus?

still have not received my Warthog code for Forza Horizon 3 for the warthog, have played both games.

your Games & apps.
