Forza Virtual Keys

I preordered Forza through the "Order" link provided in the sweepstakes. I payed for and received it over a week ago, and I'm getting a bit nervous since there are only 4 days left on the Virtual Keys contest. Any help would be appreciated.

I have not received 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering Forza 7

I have not received the 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering Forza 7 for the Forza 7 mission and was told to post here.

Forza Motorsports 7 Virtual Keys

I am not receiving the 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering Forza Motorsports 7, which I have. I am also not receiving the 5 virtual keys for playing a previous Forza Game for atleast 1 hour. I have played every single Forza game for far more than an hour each.
I have been an xbox live member for nearly 12 years now. I would like to get this fixed.

edit: I've not received my 5000 points nor my 10 bonus keys, I just realized I didn't actually state my problem lol

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating with our web team reports of users not seeing keys being awarded for their purchase. Once we know more, we'll update this thread! Regarding your Credits, from the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer is not yet over, it is too early to see your Credits.

We see that your purchase was not made through the Xbox store, but was a token redemption. From the FAQ:

PRE-ORDER/ORDER THE GAME

Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys and 5,000 Rewards Credits. Please note that it can take
up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

10 keys (can only be earned once)

5,000 Rewards Credits (can only be earned once)

Since your purchase was not made digitally, it was not eligible for this offer.

It looks like you missed a part of the asterisk description (the * symbol) that you mentioned. As stated at the end of that description "Please see the
FAQs for more information." When you navigate to that FAQ entry, it lists for this part of the promotion:
