Forza uses 100% of my cpu and 0-10% of my gpu

Forza keeps on crashing and i believe it is because of it most of the time just relying on my cpu.

Other games such as fortnite or The Crew 2 uses 40% of my cpu and 20% of my gpu and they never crash

ok i fixed CPU and GPU problem by using AMD CPU and NVIDIA GPU with some community mods.

* btw my 9900K always 100% bcz im not check my background, Windows Security are running quick scan, my bad.

But still not improve my Game Framerate even i swap my CPU and GPU, CPU are fine now, but GPU are running always 100% but only about 45 FPS (Updated), What The H are this game using so many GPU usage.

My CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600 and while I understand that the 2060 is not a high end GPU, when I was using the 580 starfield at least used the GPU. It maxed it out and had some stuttering issues, but it was at least being used. Now with the 2060, games that had previously used my GPU are no longer doing so. In task manager under GPU Engine, it keeps saying GPU 0 - Copy instead of GPU 0 - 3D for the games I mentioned above and the CPU is being used instead.
