Same error here, unable to install FORZA HORIZON 5.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you’re trying to install the game through Microsoft Store kindly clear the cache by following the steps below:

On your search bar type “wsreset” then run as administrator, from there wait for a couple of minutes for Microsoft Store to launch then restart your PC.

If you’re trying to install it through Xbox App please repair and reset the Xbox App by following the steps below:

Windows settings > Apps > Search for “Xbox” > Advanced Options > Reset & Repair > Restart your PC.

Same issue here, and same version 21h2.

Kindly press Windows key + R to launch the Run box.

Type in service.msc and click OK. When Services open scroll down to Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant.

Double-click on it to open Properties.

Note: The startup type should be set to Manual.

If you see Startup status on Stopped in the lower left portion, click/tap on Start, then Apply, and OK. Please verify if the issue still persists.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage
