Forza street mobile will not load with Xbox live - iOS

I have been playing Forza street for a couple of months now and have spent some money on this game. The newest update will not load past a certain point if I try to use my Xbox love account. I continually get an error message saying I can’t connect to the
forza servers (number 5). If I don’t login through Xbox live the game boots right up but I have lost all my progress. This has been going on for over 24hrs now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times on both my iPhone and iPad. This is very concerning
to me. Please help me to get this rectified.

Same problem but worse. Since that update earlier this week, the game is broken on any device / platform yet MS / Turn 10 doesn't seem to care nor understand this.

I have opened a ticket with MS and been asked the most ridiculous questions about things....so the story begins:

Cannot connect to the network servers now for 2 days. Have reset the game in Windows 10, unable to connect from iPhone on cellular network. Extremely upset bc I have spent hundreds of dollars on in game purchases for this and
can't even play it. 18+ hours and NO posts from Turn10 on what is going on. The game IS NOT FIXED.

I was just wondering what the progress was of this ticket or if anyone has even looked at it yet? I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on this game for which I am now unable to play on any device (PC, tablet, or phone). If I don’t get a response soon
I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing every charge to Microsoft for in-game purchases due to not being able to play this game since 7/20 which worked fine prior to your update.

I'm looking into this issue for you and have a few questions.

• Are you playing on Wifi or on cellular data.?

• Was your game already linked to your Xbox live account when this happened?

• Have you played on any other platforms? (Other mobile device or PC)

• What device are you using?

• What OS version are you using?

• What version of the game are you using. You can find this in App Settings.

• Could you please submit a screenshot of the loading screen that includes the text in the lower left corner.

This is a known problem so I’m not sure why you are asking these questions, but I’ll humor you and answer them.

· * I play on wired, wireless, and cellular – NONE WORK

· *My game was linked to my Xbox account, that was done from Day 1. This happened after you released that stupid update a few days ago.

· *I play on Windows 10 x64 (multiple PCs, MS Surface Pro, and multiple laptops), my iPhone, and my Android cell. NONE LOAD THE GAME NOW.

· *I am using Windows 10 x64 Version 2004, Version 1904, and earlier. iPhone is running 13.5x & 13.6, Android is running 9.0.

· * 33.0.12.2 is the Windows version. 33.0.12 is the Apple IOS version which was released 4 days ago (along with the Windows version). 32.1.4 worked FINE.

· *Screenshot is attached. Error code is anything between 1 & 10.

What is going on here? If you read the forums, read the reviews on the Apple Store, the MS Store, etc….you can see that there is a problem that Microsoft has created, not us. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this game and cannot play it.
If it is not fixed by the end of the week I will be contacting my CC company as I mentioned below and disputing every charge for every purchase made as well as uninstalling Forza Motorsport 4-7, Forza Horizon 2-4, and making sure that all of my friends and
club members do the same.

This is ridiculous for a multi-billion-dollar company to be putting us through.

And before you ask:

· * Yes, I have uninstalled / reinstalled the game

· * Yes, I have ‘reset’ the game in Windows

* I have tried to launch it on 4 different Windows 10 x64 computers, 2 x Windows x64 laptops, 1 x Windows x64 Surface Pro, 1 x Apple iPhone 11, and 1 x Motorola X4 and I get the SAME ERROR which tells me it is NOT the devices!

It depends on the game. Many times it's one set of achievements across platforms, usually with the Play Anywhere titles, but not all. Games like Forza Horizon 4 have a shared list across platforms, while games like Minecraft have discrete achievements
per platform. Additionally there are games available on Windows 10, Android, or iOS that have achievements that aren't on other platforms, like Forza Street for Windows 10 (coming to mobile soon) and Wordament for iOS and Android.

Are there specific games you're curious about?

I know you can get achievements in Minecraft now on iOS and Android. And obviously Forza Street is coming out soon as well.

Microsoft just
opened Xbox Live capabilities up to developers for mobile games,so I think they are looking for ways to expand in that sector.
