    Forza rewards isnt working for me because after i sign in it says There was a problem retrieving your account information from Xbox LIVE. Please sign out and try again. Make sure to give Forza Motorsport permission to access your account information. I
    signed in like 5 or 6 times and i allowed the website to access my info but it keeps on telling me what i copied and pasted above

    forza hub app rewards not working

    The only Forza games I play are H3, FM7 and FM6 and like you both my brother and I haven't had the rewards in three weeks but FM6 the rewards are there. all i hope is that we might get a lot of credits when they get the problem fixed

    Maybe it has to do with the rewards starting a new month. I just now claimed my February rewards.

    I just claimed mine again today(3rd time I think) I don't know what your problem could be, clear your browser cache maybe?

    I got mine just fine. In the past I had a problem like this. Do you have another way to sign in to get the rewards? Example: different PC, phone or some type of tablet.
