I still haven't received my 10 keys for purchasing the game, and the promotion ends soon. Could someone look into this for me me please? Thank you!

I haven't received my Forza 7 credits

I pre-ordered Forza 7 during the promotion and I got credited my keys for the pre-order. However, I haven't received my 5,000 xbox rewards credits.

There are quite a few of us in this situation, such as myself. I just wish they could let us know so if I need to I can cancel my preorder in time for a refund.

From what store did you buy the code?

Was it from a "reputable" store like Amazon or a local store? Or did you buy the code from online key-sellers like CDKeys, G4A, Kinguin and the likes?

Those key sellers often have criminal sellers that try to sell you promotional codes that they got for free at a promotion. But those promotional keys have an expiry date.

So even if you have a receipt, it might be that the person sold you a free promotional key that expired.

You would have to contact the seller of the key to resolve that, I'm afraid.

Xbox Live Rewards members as of September 17, 2017 who have previously played a game from the Forza franchise for at least one hour on Xbox will be given extra entries to use during the contest, which will be added to your available plays within 48 hours of
when you register for the promotion.

5 keys (can only be earned once)

Please allow 48 hours after your registration to see the keys appear.
