Hi, two questions.

Question one:

I just tried using a key in the contest and when you click on the video to turn the key, the video never played. I got a sweepstakes entry but was unable to play/turn the key.

Question two:

I won on my first key turn. But when I try to redeem the code it gives me an error message. It says to try again later.

Yes, it was the avatar prop. It seems like everyone (or most people) are winning that on their first try. Thanks.
