Forza Promo: Not getting the 5 keys for being a fan

As the title states my account is not getting the 5 keys in the Xbox Rewards Forza Promo. I have played exery Forza game since Forza 4 so I am pretty sure I quality.

10 plays for preordering FM7 not showing

I am not getting the 10 virtual keys for preordering Forza Motorsport 7 for the Forza Motorsport 7 Virtual Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes. Everything else works. I got my five keys for being a fan but not the 10 keys. It's been more than 96 hours, as well.
As you can see there is no check Mark for this. I have a check Mark for being a fan and receiving my 5 keys. I have included 2 screenshots. One showing no check Mark for the 10 keys and one showing my email confirmation for preordering Forza Motorsport 7.

 

Froza 7 Ultimate Giveaway key issues

In the new giveaway for Forza 7 you are supposed to be given keys for not only buying the game but also for being a fan and playing previous iterations. I not only bought Forza 7 but I have also put in a crazy amount of time in every previous Forza dating
all the way back to the original yet I haven't received any keys for the game. Any idea on how to fix this problem?

 

Per the terms of the offer, you should receive the plays about 48 hours after you registered for the promotion. Since the offer hasn't been available for 48 hours yet, it would be too early to get them.

FORZA FANS GET MORE

Xbox Live Rewards members as of September 17, 2017 who have previously played a game from the Forza franchise for at least one hour on Xbox will be given extra entries to use during the contest, which will be added to your available plays within 48 hours of
when you register for the promotion.

• 5 keys (can only be earned once)

Please allow 48 hours after your registration to see the keys appear.
