Forza Progress/Storage Not Loading

So i logged into my Xbox One, Loaded Forza Horizon 3 and it didn't automatically take me into the usual load screen. instead took me to the adjusting brightness screen and it took me into the scene where you originally start the game. Please help me to fix
this as i have a level 500 account on forza and a lot of time and money has gone into that game.

Game progress not loading

for all games currently downloading, the progress is not showing up.

Examples

Fortnite

Minecraft

Rocket league

Player unknown battlegrounds

Call of duty

Suspend and resume does not work.

Let me describe what happens:

I start up Forza, go to a single player race.

Half way through a race i switch over to IE, then Netflix, youtube, upload, xbox video, Machinima.

I then go back to Forza, expecting to resume the race where i left off, but instead i''m greeted with the Forza loading screen. Game progress lost.

This happen all the time, across all the games i own. (DR3, Fifa, KI,Ryse)

My understanding was that as long as i don't load another game my progress is suspended.

However it seems that games will close when loading apps.

Its very frustrating to lose hours of progress in DR3.

Have i misunderstood how this machine functions?

A response from support would be much appreciated.

Hi!

Make sure you use the correct account. Also try deleting the account from the console and re-download it again. In this way the saves will be synchronized again with the servers.

This might sound goofy, but delete your multiplayer progress and title updates from the mw3 storage in your hard drive. Restart Xbox then load up mw3 multiplayer. This happened to me and this is how I fixed it

Hi there,

this issue sounds like a save game issue, since it is loading fine on a different profile.

You could try deleting the save game for the Gears of War 2 game. Just be aware that offline/single player progress will be lost.

As far as I know the progress is located in the storage section inside the Games folder

I've tried that too and it will say this may take awhile. And then it will show my storage reduce from 343Gb to 303Gb which is how big it says Forza is but it won't show any progress after an hour. Just continues to say installing. Not even 1%

Your game progress is stored in the cloud storage of your profile. When you load up your games on the new console you will be prompted to load your original game saves from the previous console.
