Forza Motorsports 7 Virtual Keys

It has been far longer than 96 hours since i pre-ordered Forza Motorsports 7, and I have still not received the 10 sweepstakes keys.

10 plays for preordering FM7 not showing

I am not getting the 10 virtual keys for preordering Forza Motorsport 7 for the Forza Motorsport 7 Virtual Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes. Everything else works. I got my five keys for being a fan but not the 10 keys. It's been more than 96 hours, as well.
As you can see there is no check Mark for this. I have a check Mark for being a fan and receiving my 5 keys. I have included 2 screenshots. One showing no check Mark for the 10 keys and one showing my email confirmation for preordering Forza Motorsport 7.

Xbox Live Rewards members as of September 17, 2017 who have previously played a game from the Forza franchise for at least one hour on Xbox will be given extra entries to use during the contest, which will be added to your available plays within 48 hours of
when you register for the promotion.

Since it has only just been 48 hours, these keys were only just awarded.

PRE-ORDER/ORDER THE GAME

Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys and 5,000 Rewards Credits. Please note that it can take
up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

• 5,000 Rewards Credits (can only be earned once)

Since your purchase was made on the 20th, it has not yet been 96 hours for this action to be processed. Please allow for more processing time.

 

My previous post was closed, since it was closed i did receive the 5 keys for playing previous games. But have not received the 10 keys for pre-ordering.
