Forza Motorsports 7 on PC will not load anymore.

I'm in florida, United States. Game is owned on Xbox and the game was installed as part of game pass when it was still supported. I'm still at the same location as when it was downloaded and installed.

If you want I can advise you other things in order to isolate the problem a bit more:
A. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

B. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

Tried both of the above, still getting the same code. The Xbox services mentioned above were set to manual (triggered) originally and I set them to automatic and restarted, still the same issue. I have other friends that still play this game on the PC and I was hoping to join some of their tournaments soon. Is there a way I can open a ticket with Microsoft directly to get this resolved?

It was purchased for Xbox before it was delisted. I also downloaded and played it for a while on this PC and another before it was delisted. That is how I have it installed on PC. You were never able to buy the physical copy for PC, only digital. I was able to download it through xbox game pass. It still shows installed but crashes after the initial load screen and gives that error code.

So… you never purchased the game before it was delisted from game pass?
