    Forza Motorsport 7 Rewards Credits Not Received


    I followed the instructions on the official sweepstakes rules:

    -registered for the promotion

    -was already a rewards member

    -purchased the game on 9/26 (within the period)

    I received my 10 keys but never received the 5,000 rewards credits from the promotion. I used the link provided on the rewards page to make the purchase.

    Can someone please assist with receiving the credits?

    Missing rewards credits and "Keys"

    I purchased Forza Motorsports 7 on 10/5 and still have not received the 10 keys or the 5,000 rewards credits. Was sent here by the rewards twitter page.

    The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the promotion ends.
