Forza Motorsport 7 problems

Hi, okay so here's the deal I was racing on Sonoma when I noticed that whenever I went over a rumble strip there was no sound and the controller would not vibrate so I ran a lap on the same track but a different circuit and the rumble strips were fine. So
I raced on the same track but in a different car and the car I selected was supposed to be all black but instead it was yellow. The rumble strip issue was the same, one circuit no sound no vibration, another it was fine. So then I went a lap on Circuit de
Catalunya and some rumble strips I could hear but the controller wouldn't vibrate. So I tried a different controller and it was the same thing. So I have NO CLUE what's going on. Could I PLEASE get some help cause I am going insane having to do this all day
instead of playing my games. Thank you.
