Forza motorsport 7 problems

Hello everyone! I'm having trouble starting forza motorsport 7. The game has installed but not started. Anyone else with this problem?

Стартовал предзаказ Forza Motorsport 7. Всё стандартно : три издания, VIP-статус для старших изданий, Car pass для ultimate. Цены тоже более-менее стандартные :

Theres a service issue with starting it up while your console is online go to networking and go off-line the game should play locally until the service is back up.

Thanks for your answer! Do you know if there is a solution to the problem? If it does not resolve soon, I want to return the game and get another, maybe Project Cars 2.
