Forza Motorsport 7 not installing on PC using Xbox app

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly.

Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?

If you press the Windows key and stay typing "Forza Motorsport 7" are you able to see the game listed in the results?

If yes, please right click on it and select "Uninstall" / "delete"

If not, please check if the game appears inside windows settings > apps and features > installed apps

And tell me briefly what did you tried so far to fix this problem

In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

According to Forza's support article, both games have reached "End of Life" status, meaning the DLC and game can no longer be purchased from the Microsoft Store.

Forza Motorsport - Forza Motorsport 7 is Leaving the Microsoft Store

However, this doesn't mean previous owners of this game can't play it anymore. You will still be able to install or play them by installing from Xbox. Just make sure you are connected to the account that is licensed to play. Additionally, you can refer to the troubleshooting available in the Xbox support article below if you encounter a problem:

If the games cannot be installed using Xbox app. Try to use Microsoft Store and make sure you are signed in to the account that has license of the two games and go to library to see the games title then install. Hi!

As Crazy says, Forza Motorsport 7 is a
Play Anywhere title and you can play it on X1 and PC only with digital copy. Unfortunately with a physical disc you can not install it on PC (for security reasons).
