Forza Motorsport 7 - einloggen nicht möglich (xbox)

Hallo alle zusammen,

seit längerem kann ich mich nicht mehr bei forza Motorsport 7 mit meinem Profil auf der xbox einloggen. Es wird immer ein unbekannter Fehler angezeigt, siehe Bild.

Mit anderen Profilen ist ein Einloggen möglich. Alle Updates und Dlc sind installiert. Ich vermute es liegt irgendwie an meinen Cloud-speicherdaten, die eigentlich synchronisiert wurden.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
