Forza Motorsport 6 Deluxe Editon

Hi!

I'm French but i write this post in English so be kind please.

I bought Forza Motorsport 6 Deluxe Edition because of all the dlc included and the ability to play the 15 september at 00:01. But we are now the 16 and it's almost 20h and i can't play the game!

So I bought a game 90€ in order to play before the lauching date and it's impossible! I feel really disapointed and i'll like to get some answers.

Why I can't play? When I will play? And of course, why i paid a game 90€ in order to play sooner and I can't? Should I ask for refund, buy the standard edition and loose all the DLC included?

Bonjour tous, comme de nombreux joueurs j'ai précomander Forza Motorsport 6 : Deluxe Edition jouable partir du 15/09/2015 Nous sommes le 16 et le jeu n'est pas toujours jouable cette heure.

D'après le marché Xbox Live il y avait 3 versions du jeu;

- Forza Motorsport 6 : Edition Ultimate (Jouable partir du 10/09/2015)

- Forza Motorsport 6 : Deluxe Edition (Jouable partir du 15/09/2015)

- Forza Motorsport 6 : Standard Edition (Jouable partir du 18/09/2015)

Après avoir pris contact avec le support technique la personne qui j'ai eu affaire m'a clairement dit qu'il était indiqué le 18/09/2015 alors que devant moi il était écrit le 15/09/2015 (J'ai même pris des photos car c'et leur genre changer en dernière
minute).

J'aurais su ça, j'aurais attendu le 18/09/2015 pour acheter la version Standard 60euros (48euros pour moi avec mes réduction magasin) et j'aurais pris le VIP 20euros , bref le jeu m'aurait revenu 68euros contre 89€ en Dématérialisé) ! C'est honteux.

Je demande donc tout les joueurs de se manifester et de partager votre mécontent auprès des services Xbox Live.

Cela est de la pub mensongère ne nous laissons pas faire !

have dealt clearly told me that it was indicated on 18/09/2015so that before me it was written on 15/09/2015 (I even took pictures because
it and their kind to change at the last minute).

I would have known it, I would have expected on 18/09/2015 to buy the Standard version to 60euros (48euros for me withmy discount store) and I
would have taken the VIP at 20euros, short game would
have returned me to 68euros comparedwith € 89 in dematerialized)! It
is shameful.

I therefore call on all players to come forward and share your unhappy with the Xbox Live services.

This is misleading advertising do not let us do!

Have you tried deleting the game and re-installing it?
