Try to uninstall Forza 5 from your console and re-install it.

Same thing is happening to me. After 5 hours of working with xbox support and getting nowhere, I'm assuming it's a problem with the forza servers.

I've reinstalled the game offline and done all the normal crap to no avail.

 

Do we have any solution to this?!?! I've had this game for 2 days and only been able to play for 1 hour and this happened! Game froze and haven't been able to load it up since. I've done all of the "tricks" from resetting RAM to uninstalling to shoveling
loads of silly putty into my disk drive (not really), but I am so tired of this! HELP!!!!!!!!!!

 

Same error here. Driving me insane.

 

I got the same problem. Was playing Forza this morning with no issues, turn my xbox back on this afternoon and can no longer play it as that error message won't allow me to continue past the title screen.

Tried uninstalling and re-installing which hasn't worked.

Don't know whether it could be a corrupt save causing it? Although i thought uninstalling might have sorted that if it was.

 

same issue here. problem is I am not sure if it is the xbox or the game although i've had issues with all my games but Forza seems to be the worse.

I'm on my second xbox one.

 

Hey everyone, I managed to solve the issue by selecting 'restore factory defaults' in the settings. It does mean you have to re-install all your games again which is a bit of a pain, but it worked for me and I didn't lose any of my in-game progress. Hope
