forza hub app rewards not working

Is anyone else having trouble with the Forza hub app as when i activate my rewards

they don't appear in any of my games even after a week.

Sorry to hear that, Your friend will need to obtain the credits to purchase the car again, there are two ways of doing this, firstly earn credits in game as per usual, the second is to download the Forza Hub from the Xbox store. The Forza hub rewards a player
for completing certain in game feats, these are things like, earning achievements, completing PR stunts, discovering roads, etc. completing these feats, or making progress will earn a player Forza Hub points, this

Missing horizon 3 loyalty rewards after claiming on forza hub (PC)

I installed Forza Horizon 3 on my PC a few days ago and then remembered that i can get forza hub to redeem my loyalty rewards for playing the past games. I boot up forza hub and hit claim on around 3,000,000 CR in loyalty rewards. It has been a few days
now and i have not received my rewards.

I would be grateful for any help on this .

 

I am getting rewards in Horizon and H2, but I haven't gotten any in H3 or FM7 in three weeks.

 

The only Forza games I play are H3, FM7 and FM6 and like you both my brother and I haven't had the rewards in three weeks but FM6 the rewards are there. all i hope is that we might get a lot of credits when they get the problem fixed
