Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with that add-on content.

If that's the case, then I would suggest first removing and redownloading your account as outlined in this article entitled

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One and see if that helps at all.

If that yields no change, you might want to check out some of the steps and information here on our other page entitled

Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One.

If and when you get a chance, try those things out and let us know if that helped clear up the problem.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to inform you the option to transfer any game purchases from another Microsoft Account
will not be possible. We currently do not have an available feature.

If you’d like to try to
request a refund for a purchase,
fill in the fields on the form and we’ll review your request promptly. Be sure to sign in to and submit your request from the account you used to make the purchase. You’ll need to provide the order number for each item. Order numbers can be found by signing
in to your Microsoft account.
