Forza Horozin 5 Download

Hi, I was busy downloaring Forza Horizon 5, and had to turn off my PC due to loadshedding, (the power went off) and when switched the PC back on and tried to start the downloaf again it said install insteadof showing the progress bar. The weird thing is throughout the 75 GB I've downloaded, I've needed to shut down my PC about 6 times because of the power going out and everytime my PC is back on I would just go on the market, click on Forza and the progress bar would still be where it last was on. Is there a way to verify files or will it detect that there still are files when I just click install again?

Yes I did try everything, my PC doesn't have any restore points for some reason. Do I lose all my downloaded files if I do a fresh install?

I really do not know what to do then, because I've tried all tge solutions and none worked. I can't restore because for some reason I don't have any restore points. Is there no other way I can just delete the files or detect them?

Unfortunately it won't detect it, but the space will still be taken

Ok thank you for helping. I just want to make sure I have games on steam and other launchers. Will those files get deleted?
