Forza Horizons 3 Ultimate bundle missing

i contacted customer support and they referred me here. the thing is i already redeemed the code so it is linked to my account. we already reset the MAC addres and also signed out and deleted my profile off of the consel,

Forza Hoirzon 3 - Which version is Win10 compatible

All three digital versions of Forza Horizon 3 are supported by Play Anywhere and playable on both Xbox One and Windows 10.

There's a digital Ultimate Edition which allows users to play the game on the 23rd September, a few days before official release:

This digital Ultimate bundle is a download and not disc-based. There may be a different 'Ultimate' bundle at retail, I'm not sure.

 

Forza Horizon 3 Disappeared from library

I have the same problem. I just updated to the anniversary edition of Windows 10 and Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition does show in my purchase history. When I click manage, it takes me to my library, and no download option is present as it says "Forza Horizon
3 is part of a bundle."

To clarify, are you missing content within Forza Horizon 3 or is the game completely missing from your account?

 

The things that I am missing are the content that was with the game that came with the ultimate edition(VIP, car pass, Allstars pass).
