FORZA HORIZON4が起動しなくなった [Translate] FORZA HORIZON4 no longer starts

windowsの方で質問をしたのですが、こちらで聞いた方が良いのではないかというアドバイスを いたので、内容は同じになってしまいますがこちらにも投稿させていた きます

何か問題やマナー違反がありましたら申し訳ありません

2週間ほど前から突然FH4が起動できなくなりました

最初に表示されるウィンドウは出るのですが、その後音もなくウィンドウが閉じられ、何度起動しようとしても同じです

自分で調べてわかる限りの対応はすべてしてみましたし、サポートにも電話をし、やれることはすべてやったし、サポート側としてもこれ以上の情 は持ち合わせていないし、できることはないと言われました

エラーログを見ると、停止の種類 activationと書かれていました

XBOXのサポートにもこのことを伝え、ログも送りましたが、返事はOS内における問題なのでOSの再インストールを試してく さいとの事でした

FH4側のサポートにも問い合わせをしているのですが、最初にアプリのリセットをしてみてくれという英文が返ってきて以来、ダメ ったことに対する返事や、進展の 告などもきません

仕方ないので、XBOXのサポートに言われた、お客様の自己責任になりますし直る保証もできませんがと提案されたOSの再インストールを試しました

一応OSの再インストール後FH4は起動するようになったので、ある程度以前の環境を整え、その後またFH4が起動することを確認して、他の事をあれこれしてからふたたびFH4をやろうとしたら、また同じ症状で起動しなくなっていました

FH4が最後に起動した時から次に起動しなくなるまでの間、OSのアップデート、ドライバの類のアップデート、他のアプリのインストールなどはしていないはずなのですが、再インストール前にふたたび逆戻りです

もう何度ストアのリセット、アプリのリセット、アプリの再インストールをしたかわかりません

これ以上いったい何を試せば直る可能性があるのでしょうか？
