Forza Horizon - XBOX LIVE BLOCKED

Hi Guys,

I've been spending my whole day trying to get a work around for this, I'm not a very tech savvy person so you will have to be a little patient with me.

I've tried most of the guidelines.. but its still the same.

When I go into my xbox live and press check again NAT type is open, but server connectivity is Blocked.

Sometimes NAT type says teredo doesnt qualify, but sometimes it says open, its very strange?

I've tried going into device manager to uninstall teredo, but its not coming up, I've tried adding legacy hardware, its still not there.

any suggestions?

because I'm having trouble with Forza Horizon 3

When I try to download a look of a car in the game the following error is displayed:

Privilege blocked

"This feature is blocked by the parental control settings of xbox live"

Is it only Forza Horizon 4 you're having issues with or are you unable to access any Xbox live games?

I don't play other games that required Xbox Live but when I go to settings, then gaming and under Network I get that server connectivity is blocked.
