Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get the game to run smoothly as intended. I can totally understand how this could be pretty puzzling and disheartening.

You can uninstall the game by following the steps in the link provided by @XBF Brad A
. If you did have progress in the game already and your console is online, that progress will be tied to your gamertag, so you will in fact not lose anything.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Thanks for the replies. This is a known issue and is being looked into by the engineers. You would be best to reach out to the Forza forums for
more updates on the issue. Did you happen to change region and language after install? If so will need to reinstall the title this is from the Forza forums.
