Forza horizon stuck at 0% error and wont download

So my fh5 was downloading and was at about 75% when my PC crashed and then I go back to the install it and now its just stuck at ERROR 0%. Does anybody know how to fix this please. It also does the same through the Microsoft store.

still doesnt work, i did it and it still says the same thing, looked everywhere for a fix and cant find anything.

That's odd.

Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

“get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

Restart your PC, open PowerShell as admin again, and enter

“start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

The Microsoft Store will open and ask to install Gaming Services, install. Then try installing any game again.

it doesnt even let me terminate the apps, when I click terminate it doesn't do anything

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.
