Forza Horizon Save File missing on a new Xbox One

You cannot use the files of Forza Motorsport 7 with Forza Horizon 5. These are two different games with different file formats and structures. If you try to copy or transfer the files, you may encounter errors or damage your game data. The only way to play Forza Horizon 5 with your Forza Motorsport 7 progress is to buy the game and start a new save file.

But you can use the files of Forza Horizon 5 from one PC to another PC, but there are some conditions. First, you need to have the same Microsoft account on both PCs and sign in with it. Second, you need to have enough storage space on the second PC to copy or download the files. Third, you need to have a stable internet connection on both PCs to sync your progress and achievements. If you meet these conditions, you can use the files of Forza Horizon 5 from one PC to another PC without any difference in gameplay or performance.

You may try to disable any antivirus programs, firewalls, VPNs, or other software that may interfere with the download.

I have played many hours of Forza Horizon in the backward compatible mode on my xbox one. Once in awhile the frame rate drops so low that it gets really glitzy. I usually have to start the game over. First, make certain that ALL of your Forza saved files
are stored in the cloud. There may be up to 7 files due to vinyls, tunings, races, game settings that have their own saved files. If one is missing and the others are their, then the loading will get confused and lock up. Another is that the your profile
file on your xbox 360 may be corrupted. Erase it & download the latest profile to your xbox 360 from xbox live. I hope this helps.

Metal, by me playing Forza 4 on a new XBox FIRST... and then later playing Horizon on that XBox, the game should see that as me being a "loyal Forza" person because there was a F4 game save existing before Horizon was put in.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. There doesn't seem to be any steps for removing the save data from the cloud server on the Xbox website. I searched through the Forza forums and found this : How
to delete save game

Keep in mind that you would be starting over brand new if you succeed in deleting the save data from the cloud.

You can try to follow the directions given there. To summarize, you would be launching the game in offline mode and then starting a new game. You would then play for a bit to create a new save file. Then go back online so that the new file replaces the old
one on the cloud.

when i try to update my Forza Horizon 5 it says "files are missing" supercharger_v8scm_american_muscle_1_dsc.zip"

And when i look and try to search for that file it says that the file does not exist what do i do?
