Forza Horizon problem

I have downloaded the free game for xbox 360 but when I start the game and the cinematic trailer after selecting the greys tonal scale of the video game, the game pop's up the "game scratch error" but the game its totally digital. What can i do?

Will Forza Horizon 2 have the same problem as the Forza Horizon?

I'm a big fan of the Horizon series. I would like to know if the Forza Horizon 2 will have the same problem of temporary contracts of Forza Horizon making the game leave the store.

 

Issues still exist with FFB racing wheels following -574 update.

Will Forza Horizon have the same force feedback problem?

 

Sorry to hear it. This could be a glitch in the game. Can you please try deleting then redownloading the game to see if that fixes it?

 

I have done it three times already I don't know what else to do

If you're running into a Disc Unreadable error when playing a digital game, let's have you run through this

"This disc is unreadable" Troubleshooter. Let us know how it goes

 

Guys, please ask someone from MS to check this game. A lot of users are experiencing diferent issues with this games. Some cannot download it, some cannot install, some gets an error "could not read disc" when it's a digital license. Please, make sure this
information reaches some engineer department to investigate.

I understand, but this is an issue known of a lot of users, as you can see in this Xbox forum. Actually, the problem is with another users, but unfortunatelly, we're unable to reach enginner team, they should be able to replicate these errors, in order to
find a solution, and stop asking us to do useless troubleshoot.

But thx for you support, maybe in the future, MS Xbox will be able to handle these cases faster, and with a Team to test these issues instead of trying a lot of procedures just to find out the problem is in MS Xbox Server/System side
