Forza Horizon Preorder Pack not buyable?

So I've been trying for the last hour to buy the Preorder car pack for Forza Horizon one from my Xbox One Store and through the website. On the system, it just locks up at a black screen preventing me from buying it. On the website it says "Oops, we seem
to have moved things around!". This pack is supposed to be buyable after release. So for Me to not be able to buy it is kind of.... Frustrating. Please help me out guys! I really want that SLS AMG!

the car was gifted anf it never said anything about being a preorder car and if it is were 1-3

The game and it's DLC was delisted a little over a year ago.

As Smwutches mentioned,
Forza Horizon 1 reached "End of Life" status.

This means the game and its accompanying DLC is playable if you purchased a digital copy of the game or own it on disc. However, the game and DLC is no longer able to be purchased digitally from the Xbox store.

We understand the frustration with that but we hope it provided clarity on the issue you were experiencing. Please let us know if you have any other Xbox questions
