forza horizon pc problem

I'm having a problem on forza horizon 3 for pc. The fej game of nothing every time, since it updated it stays like this. I formatted the pc a short time ago and downloaded the game again but even then it still takes a couple of hours more than once every
30 minutes. My pc has more than the recommended system. All SSD usage drivers are up to date. I hope a solution because it is a very expensive game in Brazil, and pay dearly in a game that only has problems do not. I hope a solution, I've done everything until
I've already cleaned up data and everything else is not stopping and he does not give any error message only freezes the screen and exit.

how tu run forza horizon 3 on a local conto on win10?

Hello all,

searching for a solution for the above mentioned problem in the headline.

Microsoft Conto exists within admin and forza horizon 3 is running there propperly.

But I want to run forza horizon 3 on a local conto on the same PC, too.

When I log in the local conto the app forza horizon 3 is not available therefore...?

Is there a solution for that problem?

Problem with Forzahub rewards in Forza Horizon 3

I have a problem with ForzaHub rewards, I got a rewards on Forzahub always every week but from 4 weeks I haven't this rewards in game Forza Horizon 3 on PC and Forza Motorsport 4 on Xbox360. This rewards are not arrive to the games.
I have no idea what is this a problem with ForzaHub and connection with Forza Horizon 3 on PC and Motorsport 4 on Xbox360.
