forza horizon online session

same issue here "finding an online adventure session" all day long. FYI I am able to join online race for Forza Horizon 4

Are you having any connection issues with other games as well, or is it specifically on Forza Horizon 4 only?

If you try a Horizon Solo session, and then try to switch online, does it give you the same error message?

So I talked with the support of xbox and they told me easily that for Forza Horizon 4 the Xbox Live is mandatory for playing online. Bought it, activated it and I could immediately join the online session.

That's actually strange if you are playing FH4 in multiplayer and did not encounter same issue this could mean that you cannot play online on this specific game only. So, please check first the tab - Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety under your Xbox profile. Please follow this link:

Kindly scroll down and look for this and select Allow and Submit.



Kindly check as well the Xbox Network if it is showing NAT Type as Open/Moderate and does not have restricted or strict or unavailable in server settings.

If those two settings above are met you should be all good with playing FH5. However, if same issue happens, kindly perform a troubleshooting that will work for your concern - FH5 Known Issues. Last option, please submit a ticket to Forza support team - Submit a request – Forza Support.
