Forza Horizon not loadingf

We understand that you're experiencing an issue involving Forza Horizon not loading properly on your Xbox One console.

Forza Horizon 3 game worked well first two months but almost a year it starts to load and it drops out ,if I uninstalled not sure if I will lose my purchase, I paid for the premium version,

There has bin many complaints in the forum and I believe that the developer is aware and wrote that this issue with this game would soon be fixed no update ? for a very long time, can not contact any one this is so frustrating please can some one help?
and this worries about buying any thing else from Microsoft

First things first here, the license of the game is attached to the
Microsoft Account not the console so even if the game is uninstalled it is owned by the account so it can be re-downloaded at any point. We have changed some things around in the contact us department but rest assured we are still here to help, simply

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

driveable tanks in Forza Horizon 4 would make the Forza Horizon series into a new game(it would no longer be a Forza Horizon game).

For me it's:

Forza Horizon 3, Forza Horizon 4 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
