Update your graphics card drivers: Outdated graphics card drivers can sometimes cause compatibility issues with games. Check the website of your graphics card manufacturer for the latest driver updates and install them.



Verify game files: Steam has a feature that allows you to verify the integrity of game files. To do this, go to your game library, right-click on Forza Horizon 5, select Properties, go to the Local Files tab, and click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. This will check for any corrupted or missing files and fix them if necessary.



Disable any third-party software: Sometimes, third-party software such as antivirus programs or overlay apps can interfere with the game's login process. Try disabling any such software and see if the problem is resolved.

I have the same problem.

Trying to run Forza Horizon 4, other games can not play because I can not login Xbox app, in the settings there is no network testing
