Forza Horizon (Game) Not working?

This has happend to my forza horizon. Let me run by the details.;

I bought the game for 30 bucks and when i downloaded it everything whent fine and i was able to play no problem, then a few months later i had reinstalled the game and i wanted to play again, no every time i get past loading it says disk unreadable. I've re-downloaded
countless times, cleared system cache, re-downloaded my profile, everything. This game is expensive and i cant even play it? i've called customer service but they all tell me to do the same thing and sorta force me to hang up. This isn't very nice, other people
have this problem too and you dont even pay attention to them or give them some weird generated answer. I pay alot of money to Microsoft and i dont think this should be an issue at all. I'd like some help trying to fix this for real or some sort of compensation/refund
so i can go get another game (Hopefully that wont do the same thing) im afraid of it happening to my new games too like gta v and my call of duty ghost.

T10 not making it makes me nervous

we do understand Forza and Horizon are not the same game right? Forza 5 will stay true to the Forza sim racer and Horizon is a spin off. Forza physics but not trying to be 100% sim

 

ok there should be like a 90 day warranty on the disc (90 day plus a year if bought with a credit card) so you can try to replace the disc.

but here is two things you can try:

one try it on a friends to see if it does it.

and two have you tried to play it with the HDD out of the xbox?

 

also try this:

Reset XBOX 360 All Installed Game Updates

Go to the "system" blade

Select "storage"

Press Y on the HD symbol

Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X

A message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"

Select Yes

Um it is a digital copy so it was off of the market place not a disc, but i tried all those and still nothing

You see the following error message when you try to play a Games on Demand game on your Xbox 360:

This disc is unreadable. It may be the wrong region for this console. Match the region of the disc to the console. Clean the disc with a soft cloth. Restart the console. For more help, go to www.xbox.com/support.

This problem can occur if your Xbox 360 console can’t read game files on the hard drive.

Solution

You may be able to resolve this problem by storing the game on a different part of your hard drive. To do this, delete and download the game again. Here’s how:

Select settings, and then select System.

Select Storage, and then select your storage device. For example, select the Xbox 360 Hard Drive.

Select Games and Apps, and then select the Games on Demand game that doesn’t play. Take note of the size.

Select the Games on Demand game, and then select Delete.

Go to the Games Store and download a game demo or other content that is approximately the same size as the Games on Demand title.

Note Game demos are a no-cost way to add content to your hard drive.

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Select Settings, and then select Account.

Select Download History.

Select the Games on Demand game, and then select Download Again.

Once it’s downloaded, play the Games on Demand game.

(note games on demand is downloaded games that where bought)

Hello there Infamous 1242, in order to fix the problem you're having, you have transfer the license to whichever Xbox 360 console you use to play Forza Horizon. I had this issue last year around this time and I tried to ask if anybody could fix it but sadly
nobody could give an answer, only that they were working on it. It's been 2 years and issue is still occurring, the game for some odd reason can't be played on any other console than the Xbox that has the license in it. If you've already used it, you can call
Xbox Support to change it so that you may transfer your license again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I specifically became an Ambassador so I could help anyone that had this same problem for Forza Horizon like I did last year.
