Forza Horizon Error

Hey all,

I couldn't find my 360 disc to play on my xbox one, no biggie right? So i went to the store on xbox one to purchase it and it wouldn't load the price or let me buy it. So i went to xbox.com to purchase it but everytime i try to purchase the game the site
sents me a 403 (Forbidden) error message that i copied down below!

Error code 0x803F8001 when trying to play a game on Windows 10

Getting this error when I try and run Forza Horizon 3 on my PC:

Forza Horizon 3 is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

Xbox is having an issue currently with xbox 360. They are fixing it rn.

I reinstalled Forza Horizon 4 without any problems.Only Forza Horizon 5 will have an error.
