Forza horizon downloading bug when it hits 80%

Well i played the game before and deleted it and now after i while i wanted to play so i download the game and this was after i changed my region to sweden where i live so i download right when it hits 79% it goes back to 0%. What i tried deleting the
uninished download and delete sytem cahce and marketplace data and downloading it again with a demo of forza horizon still dint work but the demo works and evething. Restarting console, downloaded it to another usb, change öenguage and locate to uk and english
still dint work. and i tried to lincence transfer but i accidently pressed b. so i pressed a twice then scrolling down to my game and then i accidently hit b and it said wait to something 2014

Hello i got forza horizon on demand a long time ago and i played it before but i delted it. Now i want to play itbut. When it hits 80% it goes to 0%. And ot ont download if i dont flear chache on all devices amd delete marketplace data. What i teid to
fix Deleted marketplace data among cahche. Deleted the incomplete forza horizon download after it hits 80% and goes to 0%. Tried downloading but it failed. Changed my lengauge to swedish and locate to sweden and no sucsess. And limcemce transfer might work
but. I accidentky presses b when i pressed lincemce trasnfer so i have to wait a years or something

I forgot to say i tried to download black ops and it wen succes and pther games like ghost andleft 4 dead and demos
